Scholarships are financial awards to student applicants on the basis of academic achievement or special talents. Unlike some other forms of financial aid, scholarships do not have to be repaid. The Polk State College Foundation encourages all students to apply for these prestigious, though limited, awards.
The information you provide in this application will be reviewed by the Polk State College Foundation Scholarship Committee for many different measurements of scholarship including academic excellence (GPA), program of study, leadership, community service experience, financial need, and written or oral communication. It is very important that the information you provide be as accurate as possible.
Applications are accepted February 1st through March 15th annually.

If this is your first time applying for scholarships at Polk State College, you will need to create an account to access the scholarship site. Click the Create Account link below to get started.
If you completed a scholarship application during 2017, you will be able to login as a Returning User with the user name and password you established when you accessed the application.
Please note that you will need to complete a new application in 2018.
First Time Users: You will be asked to create an account in order to access the scholarship application. When creating your user name and password, use something that you will be able to remember for future logins. Please save your e-mail address, user name, and password in a secure location for future reference.
When selecting a password, please note that your password must be eight characters long and contain characters from three of the following four groups:
Lower case letters (i.e. a,b,c)
Upper case letters (i.e. A,B,C)
Numbers (i.e. 1,2,3)
Alphanumeric characters or symbols (i.e. @, $, &)

Returning Users: You will be asked for your e-mail address and the password you entered when you first created your account.
